Welcoming, nature-loving, funfilled

I live in a two story house with my husband. We have three children; one son and two daughters. Our son lives in Thailand, our eldest daughter lives in the US, and our youngest daughter recently graduated university. My husband works in Osaka and I am an English & Cooking teacher. Our house consists of 4 bedrooms, a large formal living room, a casual and comfortable family room connected to a modern-looking kitchen as well as a relaxing tatami room. We have a large garden with a BBQ area and we often like to enjoy our evening tea there. We live in Kita-Ku, the northern part of Kobe, just 15 mins away by car from Sannomiya (downtown area) and 10 mins away from the Shinkobe Station, the shinkansen station. Our neighborhood is surrounded by a lot of greenery, beautiful lakes and ponds and wonderful people. Arima Onsen and Sanda Premium Outlet Mall are about a 20 minute drive away. Room(s): 1. Double Room (1st Floor Bedroom) with Private bathroom This room is a large room on the ground floor with a lot of natural sunlight. There is a bathroom accessible just outside the room. Capacity: 2 Rates: 47000 Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (2nd Floor Bedroom with Large Balcony) with Shared bathroom This large room is on the 2nd floor for 1 person or for a couple. There is a huge balcony attached overlooking a mountain with the view of a park. Capacity: 2 Rates: 47000 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No house rules in particular as we are a very easy-going family. Feel free to use anything but please respect it with care. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after! Please refrain from inviting strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
