The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building built in the 50s, and there is an elevator to access the floors of the building. In the apartment we live: me (Alessandra), my husband Gennaro and our dog named Miss. There are two bedrooms; one for us and one reserved for guests. There is a balcony, with flowers and chairs to enjoy the fresh air and relax in the summer. In our apartment guests can stay from a minimum of 2 nights up to a maximum of 21 nights. There are no children. It is a non-smoking house, so guests can smoke only outside, on the balcony. A dog lives with us: a female named Miss who loves to be cuddled and is very calm. It has a desk, a chair, a double wardrobe, two bedside tables with lights, a mirror and a bookcase. There is air conditioning, radiator and WIFI. If a guest cancels with more than 7 days notice, the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded.
