The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses. Comfortable terrace, overlooking the agro pontino and the EUR, equipped with table and chairs to relax in the open air. In the apartment there are also air conditioning 2 splits - in the double bedroom and in the living area, WiFi, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
