Welcome to my apartment in the heart of Rome's Malatesta neighborhood! Located on the 5th floor (please note, no elevator), this comfortable room (queen-size bed) is just a 5-minute walk (350 meters) from the Malatesta station on the C metro line, just 5 stops from the Colosseum, ensuring easy access to the city. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Cozy Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 600.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. Turn off the lights when you leave the room. 2. Use air conditioning sparingly: keep the door and windows closed, set the temperature to 24-26°C (75-79°F), and turn it off when you leave. 3. No oils or creams on the bed: they will permanently stain the sheets. If you use them, lay down a towel first; stained sheets may be charged. 4. Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment, including e-cigarettes. 5. No visitors: only the guests indicated on the reservation are permitted. 6. The top shelf of the refrigerator in the kitchen is yours to use freely; you are welcome to use the pots, pans, and utensils; I only ask that you do not take my food and drinks. 7.
