I have two extra rooms for my guests in my apartment. The location is perfect because it is well connected to anywhere in the city and walking distance to Colosseum, basilicas and Termini Station. In the apt there is a bathroom and a kitchen only for the guests. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Sofia Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (Aurora Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smocking No parties Silence hours from 10.30 pm to 7.30 The municipal tax of 6 euros per night per guest is not included and has to be paid upon arrival as well as 25 euros for final cleanings. It is not allowed to let people who are not registered in the house. Late check-in not usually available, if you need it please ask before reserving thank you!
