Bright room in pet friendly home

I offer a bright and large bedroom with private balcony, with a double bed and a wardrobe; the bathroom will be shared with me and my cats. Available also for brief period requests: if you have particular requirements please get in touch with me. The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan; in the summer it will be very welcome :-) Use of the kitchen and the fridge is included. My home is a pet-friendly environment, you will be sharing the house with me and my siamese cats. I live 3 minutes from a metro station (M3 line), 15 minutes from Duomo square and 20 minutes from the Central Station. The area is called Souprada (South of Prada) and in 10 minutes walk you are in Porta Romana, an area full of nice restaurants, bars and cafes. Bocconi University and the Navigli area famous for the nightlife are also close. I speak German, English, some French and of course ...Italian. I prefer to have guests during the weekend, so that I can be home to welcome you but in case you have other requirements please get in touch with me. Room(s): 1. No smoking policy: we ask you not to smoke in the room but you can of course smoke on the balcony. Ask for an ashtray if you cannot find one. Wifi is available for the guests. In the bathroom you will find soap, a hairdryer and the washing mashine. In the fridge you will always find fresh natural water; an electric kettle and Nescafè, Tea, Sugar, herbal teas and infusions are available.
