I live opposite Tallaght hospital,at the Cookstown area of Tallaght . A quiet estate right beside the red Luas line tram to the city centre. The square shopping centre is right on our doorstep with cinema .shops and plenty of restaurants. There is a theater, library ,football stadium and swimming pool all within walking distance. I love the cinema , eating out or going to the local swimming pool and a trip to the coast when the weather allows. Please note: Once the booking is confirmed online, I require a €100 security and damage deposit. Bank details will be provided after the booking confirmation. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, provided that everything is in good condition. In the event of a booking cancellation or if the stay is shortened during your stay, this deposit will be non-refundable. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Single room) with Shared bathroom The room has just been decorated . It contains a large single bed ,a desk and single wardrobe space. A Laundry basket is also provided for washing should you be staying with us for some time. Capacity: 1 Rates: 180.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Single room 2 ) with Shared bathroom This room is the bigger room of the two , it has a double bed for single occupancy. A desk and office chair are provided for studies and plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings . Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 840.00 Monthly House Rules: This is a self-catering house, clean up after yourself,keep your room clean. the use of washing machine once/twice a week and Iron is provided,drying of clothes is on a clothes line outside,no drying your clothes in your bedroom please.Showering is between 6am/11pm, Towels provided on request.Please keep phone conversation,TV and music as quiet as possible to respect others sleeping.Guests are allocated up to one hour to cook (mon-fri) Times can vary at weekends but one hour time frame stands.KITCHEN IS CLOSED AT 9PM.Smoking is permitted outside but smoking of any kind of substances is NOT allowed .no pets.
