Welcome to my beautiful modern home in Oxhey, Watford, with wonderful open views across neighbouring meadows. It offers the unusual combination of a peaceful, countryside feel while being within easy reach of Watford, London and the surrounding area. Guests are welcome to make themselves at home and enjoy the garden and patio, kitchen facilities, Wi-Fi and home gym. There is also off-street parking. The house is ideally situated for visitors to Watford and the surrounding area, as well as those travelling into London or visiting Warner Bros. Studio Tour. I have two guest rooms available: a compact room sleeping up to two and a larger family room sleeping up to four. Both have bunk-bed accommodation and are comfortable, clean and well presented. I enjoy hosting and am very happy to help guests with local information while also giving them plenty of privacy and space to enjoy their stay. Room(s): 1. Family Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Spacious, bright room with two sets of bunk beds, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Ideal for families, friends or small groups looking for an affordable and comfortable base in Watford. Capacity: 4 Rates: 305.00 Weekly / 1050.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Compact, bright guest room with bunk beds, suitable for one or two guests. A comfortable and affordable option for solo travellers or two people who want a peaceful base with easy access to Watford and London. Capacity: 2 Rates: 265.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: I do not accommodate long-stay groups. Any group booking requests should be short stay only. No guests are to be brought to the home. Outdoor shoes should be removed before entering rooms. Food is not provided, but there is a convenience store within a 3 minute walk and a local cafe which is a 5 minute walk. Access to a sole use fridge will be offered. Smoking indoors is not permitted. But if you choose to go outside and smoke, then this will not be an issue. Prices reflect the equivalent rental value and running costs of the property.
