Welcome to "Your Luxury Home Away from Home!" Enjoy the tranquility of our newly renovated three-bedroom house, hosted by myself and my partner. Situated in the lively area of Brixton, just a brief 4-minute walk from the Brixton Underground station, our location is incredibly convenient. You'll find yourself close to a cinema, various cafes, grocery stores, and a selection of fantastic restaurants. Our home is a proud LGBT+ friendly space, welcoming guests from all backgrounds. Room(s): 1. Double Room (The Blue Room) with Private bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly House Rules: 10% of booking total to be paid within 72 hours of booking. If cancelled more than 1 month prior to arrival then 100% of the deposit will be returned. If cancelled more than one week before stay, then 50% will be returned. The entire deposit will be kept if cancelled with 1 week or less to go to the check-in date. The remaining payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer on arrival.
