Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Check-in is between 17:00-19:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Keys must be returned before departure. A replacement fee is £120 applies for lost or stolen keys. The home is non-smoking. Smoking and e-cigarettes/vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
