This is a private home rather than a hotel. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and treat the space with care.
Kitchen use is available for longer-stay guests by arrangement.
For shorter stays, guests may use the microwave and mini fridge in the shared area, and a coffee machine is provided in the room.
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00.
Check-in is between 17:00-19:00. Check-out is by 11:00.
Keys must be returned before departure. A replacement fee is £120 applies for lost or stolen keys.
The home is non-smoking. Smoking and e-cigarettes/vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Payment:
Homestay collects a 25% deposit and service fee at the time of booking. The remaining balance is required in advance to secure the room and is payable by bank transfer or PayPal. Full payment must be received before arrival.
Cancellation:
Guests are kindly asked to provide at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
