Single and Double room Short stay

Just myself lives here, essentially the stayer will feel a sense of freedom as there’s nobody else. There’s a balcony and big local park just a few minutes away. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1 double ) with Shared bathroom Room has table, fridge and TV set with free Netflix. Also has a reclining chair that folds into single bed suitable for small framed or young person. Capacity: 2 Rates: 220.00 Weekly / 670.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 210.00 Weekly / 670.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. Guest can smoke outside on balcony via kitchen.. it has a chair outside as well. Once guests arrive on first day they are to first expected to transfer funds upon arrival. If guests don't agree before they arrive then we cannot continue. Please no excuses. 2.Please nobody else is permitted to be here other than yourself (no surprises) if this rule is broken I would see as red flag. 3. Balcony door and Front main door should be locked at all times. Front door has to be locked when going out and locked from inside when coming in. 4.Kitchen should NOT be used as a bathroom (brushing teeth & face) Amenities: TV, Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Laundry, Parking Local Amenities: Gym, Swimming, Library, Shopping Centre, Sports Arena, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Bowling, Health Club, Local Train Station
