Hello, I'm Soodi . I love meeting new people and finding new friends. Hence providing my rooms as a home stay. My rooms are very comfortable and clean. Other amenities in the rooms are bed,TV, Mirror, Desk and Lamp, Wardrobe, chest of drawers and hairdryer. My home is in a great location, near a beautiful park also easy to get to central London and beautiful places in London to get a great feeling of real London life. I enjoy meeting people from around the world, I enjoy listening to music, going to concerts, painting, learning foreign languages, and theatre. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Size: 10 m2 ( 107.6 ft2 ) Capacity: 1 Rates: 210.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Size: ( 129.2 ft2 ) Capacity: 2 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you. Keep noise to a minimum after midnight, please. Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree on it with me in advance. Long-term guests are welcome to use the washing machine after making arrangements with me. I offer a light breakfast, which is included in the price. Please help yourself. After you book the room/rooms, one week’s payment is required within 24 hours of booking and in advance of your arrival. This is a non-refundable payment if you cancel, but it will go towards your total payment when you arrive. You will make the rest of the payment when you arrive at my home. You may use the microwave and the deep fryer to prepare your meals if you wish. There is a £20 deposit for the front door key. Before you leave please return the key to me and I will return your £20 deposit. *** The guests are allowed to use the microwave and the air fryer to prepare simple meals**** Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home.
