The room is located on the 2nd floor loft conversion with a spacious, en-suite bathroom/shower facilities. The room is equipped with build in wardrobe, chest of drawers, small armchair and coffee table. The room have very good lightening, ventilation and heating and is accessible to WI-FI connection. We are seeking honest, respectable approachable child/young people friendly individuals, who do not mind living with a family, one retired professional, caring for young granddaughter on a weekly basic, a university student and occasion visits from other family members. The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom on each floor, with 2 shower top and bottom floor. Leabridge station to Stratford leads to many city airports. A five minute walk , with one stop from Leabridge Road to Tottenham to access Stansted Airport. In the opposite direction there is Hackney which has fully merged over ithe years housing various up and coming cultures.
