New Gorgeous Loft in North London

About Us: We are Sophie & Niv. We met while travelling in Central America in 2012 and we have 2 girls called Aily and Nalia. We are both massive foodies and run the business side of Sophie's family business - The Avenue Cookery School. Our dream is to continue adventuring the world with our new family and to meet and get to know people from different cultures and areas of the world. Although we love to be sociable we both work from home and are pretty busy with work and life so we won't be available to show you London personally but can of course answer any questions you may have. The Space: Our home is a newly renovated Victorian terraced house and we have built a loft conversion with a separate kitchen and bathroom to rent out. Depending on our availability we may be able to offer meals at an additional cost. Please enquire. Guest Access: You will have access to a decent-sized bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed, drawers and hanging space for clothes, a dedicated working area, and a comfortable sofa for 2 with a 40" TV. The sofa can be converted to a small double which we can arrange for extra guests at an additional cost. On the same floor, right next to your bedroom is a private bathroom with a stand-up shower, loo, sink with storage and a mirrored cabinet. There is also a small kitchen, well equipped for your everyday needs with a breakfast bar to sit and enjoy your food. The cost is for 2 people in the kingsize bed and any additional person or bed used will be at an additional cost. If you are after a 2nd bedroom, we may have one available on a lower floor - contact us for more details before requesting a booking if you would like the two rooms. Other things to note: You will be renting the top floor with near sole use (our au pair will occasionally use the kitchen). It is a gorgeous, newly renovated space, and quite private being at the top of the house, but please note it is a shared front door and is up a few flights of stairs (45 steps to be exact). A cleaning fee of £30 will be due on arrival. This is our family home - we have a 1.5 and 3.5-year-old daughter. If you are apprehensive about booking due to our daughters if it helps, they are both sound sleepers and go to bed at 7pm. They wake up usually around 7am when we go downstairs. Due to the location of the loft bedroom, you should be well out of earshot. There is paid-for street parking that we can get as residents - please just ask or there is free parking 5 minutes walk. It is worth noting we sometimes dog sit and we have our gorgeous 'step-dog' Remy usually one day a week, but dogs are only allowed on the bottom floor so won’t be anywhere near your space. Although this truly shouldn't affect your stay, if you have any questions regarding this or to check if we have a dog during your stay get in touch. Room(s): 1. Family Room (Loft Bedroom) with Private bathroom Capacity: 4 Rates: 1000.00 Weekly / 4450.00 Monthly House Rules: We are a non-smoking house but you are welcome to smoke out the front of the house - please just dispose of any cigarette butts in the bing fully extinguished. We ask you to be quiet coming into the house at night. You will need to pay a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your booking. Full payment will be due 1 month before your stay. Our cancellation policy is strict and we have a no refund policy.
