To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these rules: 1. Cleanliness • My house is always kept clean, and I ask you to maintain the same standard. Please keep your area tidy as you would love to find it. 2. Waste Disposal • Dispose of organic waste in the designated bin in the kitchen at all times. 3. Cleaning Fee • A cleaning fee of £60 will be charged if guests do not leave their space in a clean condition. 4. Lost Key Policy • Losing the key will result in a replacement fee of £300 due to the high cost and time required to replace the key fob. Please keep your key safe throughout your stay. 5. Monthly guests are required to pay an additional £78 on top of their rental fees. 6. Check-In and Check-Out Times • Check-In: From 3:00 PM. • Check-Out: By 10:00 AM.
