Hi, My name is Naomi. I live in a four bedroom house with my 27 year old daughter in East Barnet close to Southgate (north London). I have one large on suite room that can accommodate up to 4 people and a single room. My place is located with direct access central London, with easy access to the underground stations of Southgate on the Piccadilly line and Totteridge & Whetstone on the Northern line. From the station you can be in the heart of London within 30 mins. East Barnet is also close to the countryside and there are many local parks, the nearest park is a 3 minute walk away. The park is huge and offers several activities such as tennis, bowling, outdoor gym and cafeteria. Close by is a local theatre that runs a variety of shows. There are also equestrian stables 10 mins away at Trent Park. The park also offers facilities like, Go-Ape and a small wildlife zoo. So you will have plenty of places to visit and activities to do. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Loft room. Double for 2people) with Private bathroom Very spacious double room with its own on-suite for this. From the room you have the views of the gardens , its clean and tidy. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Single Room (single room) with Shared bathroom Single room, facing front of house- lovely views of the whole area. Compact and cosy, ideal for short stay or student Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please note: Remote working from home / studying bookings are not accepted. My accommodation is single/double room on b&b basis. Please note: no self catering. The guest may prepare a light meal by only the use of the microwave to heat food, ie ready made meals, and the use of the toaster and kettle. Breakfast consists of cereal,croissant,toast, perserves, juice, tea or coffee. CHECK IN TIMES: in 2pm and out 11am No smoking or around the house, including the garden Please enter the home quietly from 10.30pm onwards No eating or drinking in bedrooms No visitors without prior consent No outdoor foot wear in the house Guest will be required to make a non-refundable deposit of 30% of min stay-3 days(£49.50 min) for double room and (£31.50) for singe room to secure their booking 48hrs after confirming their booking. This can be paid via bank transfer or other agreed method.
