A upper floor maisonette with a spare room (double bed) to be shared with one owner - female. Located Highbury, Islington near to excellent transport links, shops, pubs and restaurants. 10 mins on tube to city centre. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Please treat my home with the same respect you would want for your own. Photo ID required on arrival and payment of outstanding balance Generally check in is after 5pm and check out 9-10am - other times by arrangement depending on my work commitments. Recycling bins used as guided Damage/breakages will be charged accordingly. Replacement of lost keys £50. Guests can use the kitchen facilities (plates/pans etc) with permission and at within sociable hours Kitchen must kept clean at all times A space can be made in the fridge or cupboard if needed Light snacks/b'fast can be provided if booked in advance Do not enter the owner's bedroom Feel free to read books in the occupied room For bookings of 7 days or more - Washing machine can be used (setting 11 only) with prior permission 1 Shower a day - please notify owner particularly if using in the morning No Homeworking - guests expected to out most days TV room - guests can use with permission when owner is not in - please make sure it is kept tidy Central Heating is on a timer - so unless weather is exceptionally cold should not be altered.
