I'm a theatre & film-maket. My partner is a theatre director. We have a 2 bedroom maisonette with a lovely garden in SE9 London. It's opposite a green field with a wonderful view of the city! And 10 mins walk from the Heritage site Eltham Palace. We rent out our guest bedroom, it contains a comfy double bed, in-built wardrobe and a vintage desk, chair and trunk.
