This is a fantastic clean and quiet double room in the fabulous flat in the high-brow area of Kensington is is offered furnished (prepared for short let already) so would only be suitable for someone like a tourist, student or young professional with minimal personal load or looking for a short or long stay. Just bring your suitcase and settle in. I am looking for someone that is not noisy and really quiet & clean. 5 minute walk to Earls Court Tube Station, 5 Minutes Kensington High Street Station 5 Minutes Gloucester Road Station Numerous bus routes into central London Ideally located in the Tourist district in Earls Court/Kensington with luxury hotels like Marriot, Holiday Inn, Hilton hotels etc all around Fantastic Restaurants and Eat Out Spots all around FACILITIES IN THE FLAT: The kitchen is clean and newly fitted and has all the necessary appliances. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom A clean and quiet double room with a double bed in a recently renovated 2 bedroom , 1 bathroom shared with just one person in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea/Earls Court. High-brow area of Kensington. Capacity: 1 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / 1850.00 Monthly House Rules: Please Be Aware of the Following House Rules 1. The objective is that you have a great time while in London and I hope my home contribute to that experience for you! 2. Only paid guests are allowed in the flat. 3. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the flat. 4. I am happy to keep your luggage after check out and you come back to collect it in case you cannot collect your luggage at check-out time. 5. You will be given house shoes to use in case you don't have yours. 6. Do not open the door for anyone & make sure entrance door is double locked (jammed) and locked with the provided keys as you come in and out of the house. 7. The bathroom is shared with just 1 person so you MUST keep it CLEAN after each use as I do not charge extra for cleaning. If you cannot Keep it Clean I will have to engage a Cleaner at your cost for £80 per clean. 8. You are free to use the kitchen which is shared with just 1 person to make light stuff like breakfast cereals, breakfast, tea, coffee etc but you MUST keep it CLEAN after each use as I do not charge extra for cleaning. 9. One wash of clothes per week permitted if you are to stay more than a week. Notify me when you are ready to wash. 10. I cherish my peace and quiet. So please keep it quiet when inside the apartment.
