Bright, modern and cosy double bedroom with private balcony available in an excellent North London location. The room is comfortable, welcoming, and fully furnished with a very comfy matress, wardrobe and drawer space, and tea and coffee making facilities to help you feel at home during your stay. Guests also have access to a shower room (shower only, no bath), which will be shared with the host. This is on a room only basis with no access to the kitchen. The flat is perfectly located just 2 minutes from Kentish Town tube station on the Northern Line, making travel across London quick and easy. By tube, Central London is only around 10 minutes away. There are also excellent bus connections nearby, including routes 134, 214, and 88. Also only 10 minutes by tube to Euston Station, Kings Cross St Pancras and the Eurostar. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, and local shops right outside the front door, making everyday living very convenient. You’ll also be just a 10-minute walk from vibrant Camden Town and the famous Camden Market, with its shops, markets, restaurants, and nightlife. Beautiful Hampstead Heath is also only a 15-minute walk away or a short bus ride, perfect for relaxing walks and green open space. I am always happy to answer any questions about the local area or help with travel information, but I generally leave my guests to enjoy their own space and do their own thing. Perfect for students, interns, professionals, NHS staff, short work stays. Please note the flat is on the 3rd floor, so it may not be suitable for wheelchair users or anyone with mobility issues.
