Please note previous the request be accepted, you need to show: ID/Passport; enrolment from University or work contract; 3 last payslips from guarantor (father and/or mother with income from FRANCE) with ID/Passport or a certificate from Garantme is acceptable as guarantor (preferential). The deposit and admin fee can be paid until the day of check-in. The check in can be done every day between 3pm and 7pm and the check out before midday. The contract has a minimum period of 1 month and maximum 10 months. Please be aware that all tenants living in France must take out home insurance (by law). This is a legal obligation that applies to everyone. Accommodation providers do not always provide this, it is tenants' liability, at its own expense.
