Metro: 2 mins walk to Mouton Duvernet (Line 4) & 6 mins walk to Denfert Rochereau (RER B & Line 6). Quiet Area: Bedroom looks over an interior courtyard, the front balcony looks over the street. Residential street with low traffic noises but no sirens or klaxons. Great cafes, restaurants, parks. nearby. The area is quite eco friendly with a few bio and health food shops locally. Walking distance to various mainstream supermarkets, fast food chains, boulangeries and boutiques. 8 mins walk to the Paris Catacombs, 12 mins on metro to Jardin de Luxembourg, 17 mins on the metro to Notre Dame and central Paris. Double Bed Room: 14 m2, Queen bed, fireplace (not operational), tall boy drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers, side tables, bed lamps, bedding linen and towels provided, dark curtains and comfortable mattress Apartment (Shared with Host): Full kitchen with oven, stove, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, food processor and citrus juicer. You’re welcome to cook and store your own food in the fridge and freezer. Coffee, tea, milk, oil, salt & pepper, cleaning products, condiments available to share. Shower and sink, toilet separate, large open living room with double doors onto the balcony. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, spare towels and sheets, plates, cutlery and all cooking equipment available for your use. Double sofa bed available in the living room and mattress for a child on the floor available.
