Smoking, vaping, and strong odors are not allowed. I kindly ask that visits be kept minimal and that no overnight guests stay without prior agreement. You are welcome to use the kitchen for light cooking and simply clean up afterwards. A lovely cleaning lady comes every two weeks to refresh the apartment and change the bed sheets, so maintaining the space between her visits helps keep everything pleasant for both of us. As this is a peaceful home, I appreciate keeping noise low, and the space is best suited for someone who works on-site, values cleanliness and tranquility, and communicates openly and respectfully.
