Lines 4 and 6 will get you to the UPV Campus, and lines 3 or 9 will get you to the city center directly. The hospital is only 5 minutes by taxi (15 minutes on foot). Ground Floor Layout & Amenities The ground floor hosts a total of 10 vibrant studios with a maximum capacity of 12 residents. Diverse Studios: Find your ideal fit among our four front studios (two single, two double). The double studios are often popular with solo professionals seeking maximum personal space! On-Site Laundry: Never worry about laundry day! A free-to-use laundry room with two washers and two dryers is conveniently located between the double studios. Quiet Retreats: In the interior section, you'll find the remaining six peaceful single studios, all situated near the Inner Courtyard—a small, quiet outdoor nook perfect for a moment of reflection. During the academic year, expect to meet international students aged 18-25, full of energy and curiosity. In the summer, you’ll connect also with professionals aged 30-40, bringing diverse experiences and stories. It’s a wonderful opportunity to make friends from all walks of life! We'd like to know a little bit about you: your age, the reason for your temporary stay in Valencia, and if you are getting used to living with more people. Then, the required information for preparing the temporary rental agreement is: ID/passport, a document that justifies your stay in Valencia (such as a work contract or University enrollment), and proof of economic solvency. We allow couples and friends to stay in our double studios, ensuring plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please be advised that extra fees may apply. All residents have a private studio within the home for more privacy. In fact, each studio has a kitchen and a bathroom. The only common areas are: dining room, laundry room, and interior terrace. Absolutely! We accept co-signers. You can provide us with your guarantor's information, and we'll take care of preparing the agreement. This could be a parent or even a company—whatever works best for you! We're happy to help with your schedule! Absolutely! We make sure to clean the studio thoroughly before you arrive, creating a fresh and welcoming space. While daily cleaning isn't included, we’re here to help with any specific needs you may have during your stay! While we don't provide meals or snacks, you'll find plenty of delightful options nearby to satisfy your cravings. We encourage you to explore and enjoy our community space, where you can connect with fellow residents! In addition to rent, there might be some additional costs depending on your usage of supplies. We happily cover up to €50 worth of supplies monthly, but if you use more than that, some extra fees may apply. If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask — we're here to help! Visitors are welcome during the day, and we kindly ask that they maintain a quiet atmosphere for everyone's comfort. However, please note that overnight visitors are not permitted. You'll have access to a well-equipped kitchen featuring a cooker, a microwave, a sink, and a fridge. Plus, there are two freezers in the common areas for your convenience.
