From the living room we access the bedrooms, one of them with two 0.90 x 1.90 beds and the other with two 0.90 x 2.00 beds. In addition there is a second, independent bathroom also accessible from the living room. The area of the apartment is one of the most important in the center of Seville. It is next to the central area of Plaza del Duque and at the same time a few meters from Torneo Avenue, the Plaza de Armas bus station or the Paseo Colon and the River. The street of the apartment is Calle Liñán, very small and very quiet, however in the surroundings there are numerous tapas bars, restaurants, small shops and supermarkets. Además hay un segundo baño, independiente también accesible desde el salón. La zona del apartamento es una de las más cotizadas del centro de Sevilla. Está justo pegada a la zona central de Plaza del Duque y a la vez a escasos metros de la Avda. de Torneo, la estación de Plaza de Armas o el Paseo Colón y el Río. La calle del apartamento es la calle Liñán, muy pequeña y muy tranquila, sin embargo en el entorno hay numerosos bares de tapas, restaurantes, pequeñas tiendas y supermercados.
