Town centre near the beach

WE CAN PROVIDE REFERENCES FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS (we've hosted 3 aupairs, an English and two American families, we are still in touch with all of them. They've all been wonderful and enriching experiences for all of us) Our house is just in the historical centre of a very nice town, Mataró, which is 20 minutes drive from Barcelona and 40 minutes by train. The house is 10 minutes walk from a very nice family beach and it is sorrounded by a pedestrian area full of nice shops, little restaurants and pubs. On the ground floor, there is a big guests' room with a double bed and a desk. There is also a toilet on the ground floor that the guest can use. On the first floor, we have a big kitchen (that can be used by the guest) with a dining area and a separate dining room with a TV and an exit to our little terrace. On this floor there is also a bathroom with bath, toilet and basin that the guest can use (shared with the family) . The family bedrooms and other bathroom are on the second floor. We will be doing the guest's laundry once a week. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Guestroom) with Shared bathroom This room is a nice double room for a person or a couple, it has a closet and a desk. It is on the ground floor. Capacity: 2 Rates: 120.00 Weekly / 400.00 Monthly House Rules: *Follow the sanitary regulations (for the COVID situation) *Smoking not allowed indoors. *Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. *Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. *No pets allowed. *Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. *Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. *Keep your bedroom clean and tidy. *PAYMENT: You can pay by cash, bank transfer, bizum or paypal. We ask you to pay for the first month on your arrival and the following ones at the beginning of the month. Local Amenities: Beach, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
