I am renting a single room with private bathroom, in a very new apartment with a communal pool and gym. The owner lives in the master bedroom with his own bathroom in this 2R+2B house. The room is ready to host and has everything you need, features: - Exclusively for 1 person. - Terrace with sea views. - Air conditioning and central heating. - Rent includes community fees, trash, property tax, Wifi, water, electricity, and gas. - A professional cleaning per month included (room must be kept clean and tidy daily). - No smoking allowed in the apartment or on the terrace. - Parking spaces available for rent in the building. Household conditions: - Priority given to athletes or University Tecnocampus students. - Persons with stable jobs and a minimum net income of 1800€ per month to pass the insurance risk test, or parents in the case of students. - Applications will be filtered through a presentation form. - A public social media profile is a plus. - Applications without presentation will not be answered. - Minimum 1 month stays. I only rent after meeting candidates in person, it's not possible to rent online. - 1 month deposit. Comfort and good vibes guaranteed! Room(s): 1. Single Room (Single Room) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 600.00 Monthly House Rules: - I wake up at 6am and go to bed at 10pm, please no cooking beyond 10pm. - Clean up the kitchen after each use at 100%. - A monthly deep cleaning is provided, which does not substitute daily superficial cleaning. - No guests allowed overnight nor day. - Absolutely no smoke, I am an athlete. Also applies for the terrace. - No pets. - No re-renting. I want you to feel comfortable in your private room/bath while we could share a coffe or dinner totally optional, but if our personalities result in being too different there is no problem to finish the contract earlier. Absolutely no ties, let's see how's the first month.
