This excellent apartment is located in a large new building inside, completely renovated with luxurious qualities. The apartment is very quiet, as it is facing the inner courtyards of the building, but despite this it is very bright, a luxury being in the very center of the city. Entering the apartment we directly access the living-dining room, very spacious and cozy. It has a double sofa bed, giving the apartment capacity for up to 6 people. The living room communicates with the kitchen, although it is completely independent with a sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for day to day. From the living room we go to a small distributor where we find a complete bathroom with a shower tray and bidet, and the 2 bedrooms, one of them with 2 single beds of 90x200 each and a built-in wardrobe, and the other bedroom, very spacious and with a double bed of 150 x200, built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The best thing about this excellent apartment is its location, since it is located in the heart of Malaga, next to the Revello de Toro Museum, a step away from the Cathedral and the mythical church of San Agustín, very close to the Picasso Museum and just 50 meters from the Alcazaba and the Roman Theater. Also in the area there are a lot of variety of restaurants and local shops. A perfect apartment for those who visit the city for its cultural and gastronomic offer given its unbeatable location to be able to explore the city center on foot and enjoy its main monuments and the most charming places in the city. [ES] Este excelente apartamento se encuentra en un gran edificio de nueva construcción por dentro, completamente reformado con lujosas calidades. El apartamento es muy silencioso, ya que se encuentra dando a los patios interiores del edificio, pero a pesar de ello es muy luminoso, todo un lujo estando en el mismo centro de la ciudad. Entrando al apartamento accedemos directamente al salón-comedor, muy amplio y acogedor. Cuenta con sofá cama doble, dando al apartamento capacidad de hasta 6 personas. El salón comunica con la cocina, aunque queda totalmente independiente con una puerta corredera. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para el día a día. Del salón pasamos a un pequeño distribuidor donde nos encontramos un baño completo con plato de ducha y bidé, y los 2 dormitorios, uno de ellos con 2 camas individuales de 90x200 cada una y armario empotrado, y el otro dormitorio, muy amplio y con cama de matrimonio de 150 x200, armario empotrado y baño en suite con bañera y bidé. Lo mejor de este excelente apartamento es su ubicación, puesto que está situado en el corazón de Málaga, junto al Museo de Revello de Toro, a un paso de la Catedral y de la mítica iglesia de San Agustín, muy cerca del Museo Picasso y a solo 50 metros de la Alcazaba y el Teatro Romano. Además en la zona hay mucha variedad de restaurantes y comercios locales.
