From the living room we can go out to the spectacular terrace, through large windows that give a lot of light to the property, and that surrounds practically the entire apartment. The terrace has an area with armchairs, sun loungers and a dining table to enjoy the magnificent Malaga weather. From it we can appreciate impressive views of the sea and the entire neighborhood, as well as Malaga Montains in the background. Just opposite we find the master bedroom, with a 1.50 x 2 m double bed, built-in wardrobe, full en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the terrace. On the other side of the corridor we find the last bedroom, with 2 single beds of 0.90 x 2 m. This bedroom is also exterior and has a built-in wardrobe. Next to it is the second full bathroom with a shower. The building has an elevator only to the seventh floor, so you have to climb the stairs to the top floor. In addition, the apartment has a parking space for the use of our guests, in the garage located in the same building. The apartment area is full of life, with many bars, supermarkets and small neighborhood shops. In addition, the promenade is just a few minutes walk away, where you can enjoy the best Malaga cuisine and taste the famous "fried fish" and sardine "espetos", declared Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. La terraza cuenta con zona de sillones, tumbonas y mesa de comedor para disfrutar del magnífico clima malagueño. Desde ella podemos apreciar unas vistas impresionantes del mar y de todo el barrio, además de los Montes de Málaga al fondo. Volviendo al salón, encontramos la zona de comedor, que también tiene salida directa a la terraza. Junto al comedor se encuentra la cocina, que está abierta al salón aunque está separado de él por una pared. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para su estancia. Junto a la cocina, se encuentra el pasillo por el que se accede a los 3 dormitorios. El primero de ellos es exterior y cuenta con cama de matrimonio de 1,35 x 2 m, armario empotrado y mesa y silla de escritorio. Justo enfrente encontramos el dormitorio principal, con cama de matrimonio de 1,50 x 2 m, armario empotrado, baño en suite completo con ducha y salida directa a la terraza. Al otro lado del pasillo encontramos el último dormitorio, con 2 camas individuales de 0,90 x 2 m. Este dormitorio también es exterior y cuenta con armario empotrado. Junto a él, está el segundo baño completo con ducha. El edificio cuenta con ascensor solo hasta la séptima planta, por lo que hay que subir la última planta por las escaleras. Además, el apartamento dispone de una plaza de garaje para uso de nuestros huéspedes, en el garaje situado en el mismo edificio. La zona del apartamento está llena de vida, con numerosos bares, supermercados y pequeñas tiendas de barrio. Además, el paseo marítimo se encuentra a escasos minutos caminando, donde podrán disfrutar de la mejor gastronomía malagueña y degustar el famoso "pescaito frito" y los espetos de sardina, declarados Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad por la Unesco. Es un lugar, además, muy tranquilo y donde todavía existe mucha esencia típica de Málaga, así como de los pescadores que habitaban y habitan aún esa zona de la ciudad.
