Your private retreat en Eixample

Hi travelers, I’m Daniel. If you’re looking for a cozy, stylish, and well-decorated room in a shared apartment in a very safe area of Eixample, this is the perfect place for you. I am renting out a fully equipped bedroom with a private bathroom in my 87 sqm apartment. The apartment is shared with me, as I live here. You will have full access to the kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. You are more than welcome to socialize, and guests usually feel right at home here :) The apartment is located on Consell de Cent street (Eixample Nova Esquerra), directly facing Joan Miró Park. This street was recently honored with the 2025 New European Bauhaus Award for its sustainability and is one of the trendiest “green axes” in Barcelona. You'll be surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafés, steps away from Rocafort Metro (L1), and within walking distance of Sant Antoni, Montjuïc, and Poble Sec. It’s a pleasure—and part of the experience—to walk along this pedestrian street all the way to the amazing Passeig de Gràcia. To ensure everyone is comfortable, i ask that you follow these guidelines: Coexistence and Respect I am looking for guests who enjoy a clean, warm and comfortable environment and are respectful of my home. Cleanliness and Common Areas Shared Areas: Feel free to use the kitchen, living and dining room. I simply ask that you clean up after yourself so we both can find it spotless. Bathroom Organization: Please keep your personal items organized in the drawer that is exclusively yours for your comfort. Please note that since my apartment has two bathrooms, this one will preferably be yours. Important Restrictions Smoke-free home: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or at the windows. Visitors: For the safety and privacy, no visitors or additional people are allowed to stay overnight without prior notice and authorization. Pets: Although i love animals, i am currently unable to receive them at home. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
