Carla, for her part, has an incredible eye for fashion and is passionate about everything related to fashion design and production. Any problems or misunderstandings must be addressed in a respectful and constructive manner. Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to ensure rest for all residents. Use of Common Spaces: Keep shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) clean and tidy. Each user must clean up after using these spaces. Visits: Visits must be notified in advance and must not interfere with the peace of other residents. Night visits must be exceptional and previously agreed. Cleaning Responsibility: Each resident is responsible for cleaning their room and participating in cleaning common areas according to the agreed upon schedule. Pets: Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. Security: Keys: Do not duplicate or lend home keys to unauthorized people. Notify immediately if keys are lost. Closing Doors and Windows: Make sure you close doors and windows properly when leaving the room or apartment to prevent theft. Use of Appliances: Turn off all appliances (except the refrigerator) when not in use, especially before leaving home. Security Systems: Respect and do not manipulate the installed security systems (alarms, cameras, etc.). Report any malfunction.
