Single bedroom next to Montjuic

I am an American who has been living in Spain for a bit over 6 years. I am very active and almost always outside at the beach, doing yoga, sports, or hiking when I am not working, or I am out with my friends. This is a 3 bedroom apartment, right next to Montjuic. I live here with my friend Kathryn and 2 cats. The bedroom is quite small but for one person it’s perfect. there is an option to add a second single bed. Just know there’s not much extra space with this option. We’re very laid back and don’t really have rules. Just no shoes in the house, clean up after yourself, be respectful, and limit noise at night hours. We’re both friendly and up to share dinners or go out with our guests if we are free! Please be aware my 2 cats are very affectionate so if you don’t like cats it may not be the place for you Room(s): 1. Double Room (Single bedroom with desk and balcony) with Shared bathroom Perfect for one person, with a desk, space for a suitcase, and a coat rack. For two, the desk must be removed so it feels much tighter. Fine for a couple of nights. The second bed is a comfortable inflatable mattress. Capacity: 2 Rates: 322.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: Quiet hours are from 1130-8. Please do not hang out in the common areas (especially with the lights on) during those times. If you come home late that’s no problem but please go to your room. The light shines into my room and wakes me up and stresses out my cat who won’t stop meowing if people are out there talking. Do not leave garbage in the bathroom or common areas. I like a clean apartment and expect our guests to clean up after themselves. No parties. Other day time guests can be allowed just make sure to check with me first as I work from home in the afternoons. Take your shoes off by the door please.
