In addition, the famous Plaza Cataluña is a 4-minute walk away, with the central metro station and trains that connect you with all of Barcelona. 2 minutes away, you have the Urquinaona metro station (Yellow Line), and 1 minute away, bus and taxi stops. Surrounded by emblematic monuments, museums and tourist sites, you will be at the heart of everything Barcelona has to offer, with the advantage of not needing transportation to explore the main points of interest, including restaurants, bars, clubs and the beach. Guests may store their luggage after check-out subject to the host's availability. ACCOMMODATION STANDARDS: 1.-Pets are not allowed. In the department there are no animals of any kind. 2.- Washer and dryer are not included in the reservation. However, there is a cheap laundry room called "LA WASH" ??just a 4-minute walk from the apartment. 3.-Smoking is prohibited within the department. However, the guests of the Queen Room can smoke exclusively on their private terrace. 4.-The entry of people not registered in the reserve is not allowed. Only confirmed guests can access accommodation. 5.-Walking with shoes is not allowed inside the apartment. Upon entering, you must take off your shoes and leave your shoes in the shoe rack at the entrance. Each guest will be given slippers for added comfort. APARTMENT FEATURES: *. DESCRIPTION OF THE ROOMS: 1.Prince Room The Prince room features a double bed (140 × 195 cm) with a visco-latex mattress, positioned against the wall to maximize space and ensure a restful sleep. The room also includes a wardrobe, clothes rack, small bedside table, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. During summer, a central air conditioning system maintains a comfortable 18°C, while a silent, foldable ceiling fan provides a refreshing natural breeze. In winter, the room is comfortably heated, ensuring a warm and pleasant atmosphere all season long. 2.King Room The King Room is spacious and bright, featuring a large window overlooking a quiet patio. . It includes a bed with a visco-latex mattress for a truly restful sleep. In summer, the central air conditioning maintains a comfortable 18°C, and a silent ceiling fan offers a refreshing breeze. In winter, the room is comfortably heated, ensuring a warm and pleasant atmosphere all season long. The room is equipped with a clothes rack, multi-tier organizer, LED-lit mirror perfect for makeup, two glass bedside tables, a small desk with a white leather chair, a luggage table, and a cozy pouffe for added comfort. 3.Queen Room The Queen Room features a private terrace with a small table and two chairs perfect for relaxing outdoors. The bed with a memory foam mattress ensures a deep and restful sleep. The room includes two floating bedside tables, an LED-lit mirror, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack, and a lightweight multi-tier clothing organizer. In summer, the central air conditioning keeps the flat at a comfortable 18°C. For those who enjoy a natural breeze, a silent, foldable ceiling fan offers a cool and relaxing airflow. In winter, the room is equipped with individual heating and a timer, keeping the space warm and cozy throughout the night. CENTRAL HALL: A large and bright living room due to its large window that radiates natural light all the time You have a dining room with views towards the window and a sofa where you can sit comfortably enjoying a pleasant conversation with your partner or friend. BATHROOM AREA: You have a towel, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer at your disposal. The bathroom is cleaned several times a day. It is a private external bathroom, for the exclusive use of each guest. I like my guests to feel at home and to be comfortable and relaxed in such an important space as the bathroom. KITCHEN AREA: You have at your disposal all the basics from plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery, among others. You will have at your disposal a kettle, espresso coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and toaster. The room includes a beautiful 155 × 200 cm visco-latex bed for a restful and luxurious night's sleep. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: - PETS: No pets of any kind are permitted. - SMOKING: Smoking is only permitted on the private terrace of the Queen Room. - GUESTS: Only guests confirmed in the booking are allowed to enter the building. - FOOTWEAR: Slippers are provided for indoor use.
