Room for rent in a shared apartment. We, the owners, live in the apartment; we are a quiet and respectful gay couple. The location is excellent: right across the street there is a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and all the necessary amenities for daily life. Double Room (Small room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 320.00 Weekly / 500.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Large room) with Shared bathroom Comfortable and elegant room Capacity: 2 Rates: 380.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: House Rules: - No noise allowed after 10:00 PM. - No dogs or other pets allowed. - The use of any type of drugs is not allowed inside my house. (If this happens, I will remove them from my house immediately). - Entering other rooms is not allowed, even when they are empty, nor is taking the keys to help the couple leave for different destinations. There is one key for each room. - Entry to my room is not allowed. I have a camera in my room (I am the owner of the apartment). Anyone needing creams and perfumes should bring them in their suitcases. - Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke, it must be done only on the balcony. - Eating food from the house is not allowed. Each person must buy and use their own food.
