I live in the apartment, but guests have their own space in this elegant and peaceful room, perfect for executives or couples seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay. Just a 15-minute walk from Plaza Cataluña and 10 minutes from Paseo de Gracia, you'll be surrounded by the best restaurants and shops in Barcelona. Enjoy tranquility and style in the heart of the city. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone, I kindly ask that guests follow these house rules. They are designed to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for both you and future guests. -Check-in and Check-out Times Check-in: After 2:00pm Check-out: Before 11:00am -Kitchen Use The kitchen is available for your use. Please clean up after using utensils and surfaces. Do not leave food out or unrefrigerated. -Living Room Use Feel free to relax in the living room, but please keep a calm environment, especially after 23:00pm -Noise To respect everyone, especially to the neighbourgs, please avoid excessive noise. -Cleaning Please keep your room and private bathroom clean during your stay. Take out your trash regularly and dispose of it in the appropriate bins. -Visitors No additional visitors are allowed. -Use of Common Areas Use the common areas responsibly and share the space with others if necessary. Please do not leave personal belongings in the common areas. -Smoking It is a smoke-free house. Please do not smoke inside or in the common areas. -Security Make sure to lock the front door when entering and leaving. Do not share the access code or keys with anyone. -Respect and Coexistence Be respectful to other guests and neighbors. Please note that to confirm your reservation, a bank transfer of 50% of the remaining balance is required. The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. Additionally, a €100 security deposit in cash is required at check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or issues during your stay.
