Hello there, we are a gay couple Arthur and Alex. Our home is a calm and welcoming space in a small, quiet building with a mix of young and elderly neighbours. We’re an active couple who enjoy going out, travelling, exercising, and socialising, but during the week we keep a relaxed routine focused on work and a peaceful, respectful home environment. Our flat is located in Eixample (Urgell area). It’s a bright, well-kept apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for remote workers or short city stays. We value cleanliness, mutual respect, and a positive, easygoing atmosphere at home. The neighbourhood is lively and vibrant, with a great mix of cafés, bakeries, gyms, restaurants, and local shops just steps away, while still feeling residential and comfortable. The flat is within easy walking distance of several metro and bus lines and close to key areas such as Universitat, Urgell, and Plaça Catalunya, making it very easy to get around the city. We can offer a comfortable double bedroom with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, a dedicated workspace, and a wardrobe (perfect for guests looking for both comfort and a central location in Barcelona). Single Room (Comfortable double bedroom with private bathroom.) with Private bathroom Cozy and quiet 8 m² double bedroom with exclusive access to a private full bathroom just outside the room. Fully furnished with a double bed, strong air conditioning and heating, desk for remote work, wardrobe, drawers, and mirror. Capacity: 1 Rates: 340.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: 1) Check-out / House & room cleaning: The room must be available for cleaning at 11:00 a.m. At that time, the room should be tidy and accessible. We are flexible with late check-outs, but please confirm with the hosts in advance, as we normally have new guests arriving early. 2) Guests: Additional guests are not allowed, including overnight stays or short visits, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of everyone in the home. 3) Payment terms: Due to the high volume of requests, 20% of the total amount must be paid in advance to secure the reservation. 4) Remaining balance: The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. 5) Use of common areas: Common areas must be kept clean and tidy after each use. Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. 6) Noise and quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11:30 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the building. 7) Respect for the property: The room and all furniture must be treated with care. Any damage should be reported immediately. 8) Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, including in the bedroom. 9) Responsible use of utilities: Water, electricity, heating, and air conditioning should be used responsibly. Please note that during the high season (summer months) and winter, we will charge an additional €20 for stays of more than two nights to help cover the increased use of air conditioning and heating. 10) Keys and access: Copying or sharing keys is not permitted without prior authorization.
