This 66 square meter apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends, as it features two spacious double bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds and a cozy single bedroom with a twin size bed. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and a French balcony, offering stunning views of the surrounding neighborhood. There is also a second detached bathroom for your convenience. The open-plan living room and kitchen is perfect for spending time together, whether you're cooking a delicious meal or relaxing on the comfortable sofa. The doors that lead out to a French balcony allow natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. There is also a dedicated workstation in the living room, providing the perfect space for those who need to work during their stay. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description).
