The open-plan living room and kitchen area include relaxing beach themed design through the use of colors and textures. The living room is equipped with an entertainment system, creating a cozy space for relaxation. A dining table is also provided, ideal for enjoying meals or planning your Barcelona adventures. From the living room, you can step out onto a charming balcony complete with an outdoor sitting area. The fully furnished kitchen awaits, offering modern appliances and ample space to prepare delicious meals. For your comfort, air conditioning is available in the living room, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate even on the warmest Barcelona days. A doorman adds an extra layer of security and convenience to your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description).
