This 62 m2 interior area apartment features a cozy double bedroom with a queen size bed and access to a charming balcony. Wake up to the Mediterranean sunlight and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood. Additionally, there is a single bed available, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your convenience. There is also one well-appointed bathroom, complete with modern fixtures and amenities. Whether you prefer a quick refreshing shower or a leisurely soak in the bathtub, this bathroom is designed to cater to your needs. In the hallway, you'll find a dedicated workstation, ideal for catching up on work or simply browsing the internet during your stay. This designated workspace offers a quiet and comfortable environment for any tasks that require your attention. The heart of the apartment is the open plan living room and kitchen area, where you can relax and unwind. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort.
