Spanning across 67 square meters, Gragnano provides a harmonious balance between space and coziness. The apartment features two bedrooms, both furnished with comfortable queen-size beds. One of the bedrooms is thoughtfully equipped with a dedicated workstation, providing you with a convenient space to catch up on work or simply browse the internet. The convenience continues with two bathrooms, one being ensuite. Both are equipped with relaxing bathtubs. Whether you prefer a refreshing shower or a tranquil soak, you'll have the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The heart of Gragnano is the living room, where comfort and entertainment converge. The full entertainment system allows you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies, while the adjacent dining table provides a delightful spot for meals or engaging conversations. The fully furnished kitchen is designed with both functionality and style in mind. You'll find all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals, whether you're crafting a gourmet dinner or a quick snack before heading out to explore. The beach design theme throughout the apartment adds a touch of coastal charm, evoking the relaxed vibes of the seaside. To ensure your comfort, Gragnano is equipped with split air conditioning in the living and 1 bedroom, allowing you to customize the indoor climate to your preferences. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
