Welcome to my home! My name is Pat, and I live with my cat, who is older and very calm, so don't worry: he's very independent and won't bother anyone. My apartment has three bedrooms. I live in one of them, and I have another available for rent. There's also a third, smaller bedroom that can be rented separately to someone else. The location is excellent, close to Sants station and very well connected by buses and public transport, making it very easy to get around and enjoy Barcelona. It's a safe, quiet, and pleasant area to live in. I love meeting people from different parts of the world and sharing a bit of my home with my guests. I'm a friendly, calm, and open person, and I really enjoy conversations, learning about other cultures, and discovering new stories through the people who stay with me. For me, hosting someone isn't just about offering a room, but about making each guest feel comfortable, safe, and welcome during their stay. I'd be delighted to welcome you and help you make the most of your stay in Barcelona. I hope to meet you soon! Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Comfortable bed and a balcony. It also has a safe for storing your belongings. A clean, quiet, and comfortable space. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Mini Room) with Shared bathroom A cozy, small room, ideal as extra space for those traveling with others who prefer to sleep in separate rooms. It is not normally rented independently. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 500.00 Monthly House Rules: House Rules Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until noon. However, I'm flexible, so if you need a different time, please ask me beforehand and we can try to arrange it. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. For security, always lock the door when leaving and make sure to close the windows. If you lose your key, please inform me immediately. The guest will be responsible for the cost of a new key. You can use the kitchen, but please clean and put everything away after using it. Keep the common areas clean and tidy. Please respect other guests' rest and avoid making noise after 10:00 PM. Bringing outside guests to the apartment without prior authorization is not allowed. Parties and large gatherings are not allowed in the apartment. The washing machine is only available for stays longer than two weeks. Guests must purchase their own laundry products. I live with an older, very calm cat, so it's important that you feel comfortable living with him. Please take care of the apartment and its facilities as if it were your own home. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay. The idea is for you to feel at home while you discover Barcelona.
