EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Inspired by the grassland, this studio marries a variety of wooden furniture with an exposed brick wall in true grassland meets city format. Get the perfect taste of city and seaside with this 64 square meters apartment in El Born. Wander the boutique-lined streets or sit down for a beer at one of the many tapas bars in the neighborhood. Drawing on traditional charm while staying captivatingly contemporary, Ubrique is the place to come home to. With radiant bliss, this studio with 1 bathroom will leave guests in awe. On one side of the room, there is a queen size bed next to wide clouded windows. At the foot of the bed, there is a custom built dedicated workstation for all remote working needs. A large wooden shelf separates the bedroom from the rest of the space. The large bathroom has its own room, and is tiled with complete mastery throughout the walk in shower. The rest of the space benefits from the exposed brick wall and high ceilings, common to El Born. The sunlight streaming through the French balcony windows keeps the grassland plants alive. The sitting area has a couch, chairs, and a full entertainment system, perfect for hosting. The table top comfortably sits four and has abstract plate decorations on the wall behind it. Ubrique features a modern kitchen which is fully equipped. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens and ducted air conditioning system. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to this issue. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
