They must be turned off upon leaving. • Parties, gatherings, and guests without prior authorization are not allowed. • Pets are not allowed. • Use of the washing machine is permitted once a week. • Keep common areas clean after each use. • Do not make loud noises, play loud music, or use speakerphone in common areas. • Do not leave food out of the refrigerator to avoid insects. • Take care of the furniture and fixtures. Any damage must be reported immediately. • A €30 deposit is required in case of lost keys.
