Room near Plaza de España

We are a couple from Rome and Barcelona. We love travelling, sports and sushi. I am a teacher and my partner works as a human resources person. We have a spare room at home and we host guests for days. We love to socialise and recommend places to visit in Barcelona, both for walking and for eating. We rent a double room 10 minutes walk from Plaza de España and Montjuic, with lots of parks and nature. Also 10 minutes from the Arenas shopping centre and 10 minutes by metro to Plaza de Catalunya (L1) and the whole central shopping area. 1 minute from home you can find a bus stop where buses go directly to the airport. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Double room) with Shared bathroom We offer our lovingly decorated interior double room for anyone who wants to stay with us. It has a closet to leave or hang clothes, a couple of towels, a lamp, and two outlets to charge electronic devices. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: * Stay with sole use of double room and bathroom. * Smoking is not allowed in the house (also on the terrace) * Respect the rest of the host and their neighbors.
