I live in a cute apartment near the centre of Barcelona, very close to all kinds of transport and easy walking distance to the beach, the centre and Sagrada Familia. I’m Australian and a respectful, friendly person who loves people. I love making people feel at home in my space. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Interior Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: Please enter and leave the apartment respectfully and quietly Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the balcony Please keep my home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into my home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own apartment for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10 pm.
