This 4-floor, 135m2 wonder is in Gràcia, Barcelona’s trendiest neighborhood, and one of its most highly sought after. Above the first floor entrance, there is a spectacular open area, which contains the living and dining rooms, the kitchen, and a separate workstation. The kitchen is fully equipped will all appliances and utensils. The third floor contains a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two more single bedrooms, and a second bathroom. The bedrooms are all uniquely designed and fully furnished. The sleek bathrooms have modern fittings, for convenience. The top floor is the most delightful of all. A beautiful, spacious roof terrace with a dining area, a lounge seating area, and even a sun lounger, for those looking to work on their tan. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment.
