Note: Weekly cleaning of the apartment with a change of bed linen and towels is included in the price. Outdoor parking spaces directly at the building can be booked for a fee, subject to availability. Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00 and Checkout before 12:00. A monthly fee of 65 EUR for energy surcharge will be asked. Incase of smoking in the apartments or severe damages it is charged a €250 fee. This studio is perfect for students and professors working for TUM Garching and workes. Each apartment has its own kitchenette with a grill microwave, refrigerator (including freezer compartment), and complete equipment—perfect for self-catering. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. Relax in our comfortable beds (90x200 cm, 25 cm mattress height) in a bright, friendly atmosphere. Enjoy your private bathroom with walk-in shower, towel warmer, fluffy terry towels, and hairdryer. Living & Work: Flat-screen TV, ample storage space, and luggage rack provide the necessary space for work and relaxation. Community areas: Attractive communal areas and additional community kitchen for socializing with other guests. Free use of our coffee and tea station.
