We offer beautiful, comfortable and individual accommodation; with us, living spaces become special living spaces. We offer homemade "living delicacies" on our property: Each individual residential property has its own charm with loving details and is a special living treat; everything was implemented in an extremely exciting way and with a lot of feeling and with the very best equipment, each a homemade speciality in Essen-Kupferdreh near the Baldeneysee. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Micro-Apartment) with Ensuite bathroom The host offers the guest a nice home and is also the guest with advice, tips and help to the side. A daily, small breakfast is included. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: Non-smoking apartment (smoking only permitted on the terrace). No pets. Guidelines: Cancellation: A unilateral, free cancellation of a binding booking by the guest is generally excluded if he or she cannot use the booked accommodation for reasons that are within his or her sphere of risk (except in the case of force majeure). In the event of cancellation, the guest pays an amount equal to the total price at any time after booking. No refund will be made in the event of an early departure. Advance payment: The guest pays an amount equal to 50 percent of the total price as an advance payment at any time after booking. Extra beds and children's beds: Children can only be accommodated in the rooms/apartments on request. There is only space for a baby bed in the rooms/apartments on request. There is only space for an extra bed in the rooms/apartments on request. Pets: Pets are only allowed with the landlord's consent. As a rule, the landlord refuses to allow small animals and pets. Internet access: LAN and WiFi are available in all areas and are free of charge. Parking: Private parking is available on site for a fee (reservation is not needed). Please note: The "one-time payment obligation of the guest for stays of up to 1 month" and the "recurring payment obligation of the guest for stays of 1 month or more": One-time payment obligation for stays of up to 1 month: For the one-time payment obligation for stays of up to 1 month, the full amount must be paid in cash, by credit card or by debit card on the day of arrival at the latest, before the keys are handed over. If a deposit has been paid, this will be deducted and only the remaining amount must be paid when the keys are handed over. We accept the usual credit cards, debit cards and cash. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks. By arrangement, the agreed fee can also be transferred in advance if this fee has been received in the host's account at the latest one day before the day of arrival. If the guest (for whatever reason) fails to meet his/her payment obligation(s) for the booked occupancy period/rooms in whole or in part and falls into arrears, the host can have the accommodation vacated from 12 noon the next day (even without prior reminder(s)) as payment default has already occurred. If the guest is absent, the guest's luggage will be packed up and stored at the guest's expense. If the host incurs additional costs as part of the vacating, the guest must also pay for these. All costs incurred as a result of the vacating will be invoiced to the guest, but at least EUR 150.00. Recurring payment obligation for stays of 1 month or more: For the recurring payment obligation for stays of 1 month or more, the agreed amount for the first billing period must also be paid in full by the guest on the day of arrival at the latest in cash, by credit card or by debit card, before the keys are handed over. By arrangement, the agreed fee for the first billing period can also be transferred in advance if this fee has been received in the host's account mentioned above no later than one day before the day of arrival. Recurring payment obligations for stays of 1 month or more are always due in advance on the 1st of each month and must be paid by the guest. If the guest (for whatever reason) falls into arrears in whole or in part with the recurring payment obligation(s) for the subsequent occupancy period(s), the host can have the accommodation vacated from 12 noon the next day (even without prior reminder(s), as the payment default has already occurred. If the guest is absent, the guest's luggage will be packed up and stored at the guest's expense. If the host incurs additional costs as part of the eviction, the guest must also pay for these. All costs incurred as a result of the eviction will be invoiced to the guest, but at least EUR 150.00.
