Cosy quiet rooms in Berlin

We live in a big house. I am a German and English teacher. I like dancing and music. Four rooms for guests are on the 1st floor, we live downstairs in the same house. There is a little kitchen for you, too. You can share our nice garden and have a barbeque. Guests who book for 1 month or longer must bring their own towels and toilet paper, bedsheets and bedlinen are in the room of course. I require the total sum to be sent before arrival via bank transfer. Plus 25 € final cleaning (1 month or longer stay 45€) and 7,5% city tax (in Berlin unfortunately regulation for everyone) must be paid. Room(s): 1. Bei Anreise 7,5% Übernachtungssteuer (gesetzl.) +25€ Reinigung in bar bezahlen. Capacity: 3 Rates: 285.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Romantic room and bathroom solo use) with Private bathroom Romantisches, gemütliches Zimmer mit alleiniger Nutzung des Bads, gegenüber des Zimmers mit Haartrockner und Eckbadewanne. TV, WLAN, Verlängerungskabel, kleine Küche mit Herd, Spüle, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, relaxen im Garten Capacity: 2 Rates: 265.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: You can smoke on the balcony or on the terrace. Please be quiet and take other consideration. No strong alcohol and no drugs. Not suitable for kids under the age of 3.
