The basement ceiling is unfinished. The BASEMENT bedroom is equipped with a keyed lockset, a fan, an electric heater, a dehumidifier, a TV and Wifi. The private bathroom is equipped with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Self-serve breakfast includes cereal, toast, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, yogourt, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice and milk. You are welcome to use our fridge and microwave for any additional food storage and preparation. Check-in time is 3:00pm or later. If we are NOT available when you plan to arrive, the keys will be left in the mailbox for you. Check-out time is 11:00am or earlier. If we are NOT available when you leave, please lock the door and return the keys to the mailbox. Our DAILY rates are available from April - December. Our MONTHLY rates are available from January - March. Please contact us. The remaining payment (75% of the total) is due upon arrival via e-transfer or cash. Room(s): 1. If you bring your own food and dishes, please wash your dishes, dry your dishes and store them off the counter.
